A. Ursyn Orchestra: Stunt Coordinators A, B, C and D
Previous Home Next
A stuntman and a stuntwoman were never recognized enough. They were often called a double. Some have won a title of a stand-in double. One had to love being in this profession to perform dangerous stunts. Many were born into it. They were to stay invisible, so the actor could take all the glory, some were saying. The fact was that all the skills, intuition, technique, bravery and self respect they displayed went straight to the actor they supported. Was it an outburst of sense of humor, or a protest, as others would put it, but they called themselvesA, B, C, and D. After all, no one really knew if B is more important then D. It could be a matter of a placement in the alphabet, or the frequency of usage in a sentence. They all have the same things in common: overused bones and an incredible experience. Thus, each of them had a function and a title of a coordinator.
